About Our Puppies
Q: When can a puppy go home?
A: Puppies are typically ready to go to their new homes at 8–12 weeks of age. This gives them time to mature properly and learn important behavior and social skills from their mother and littermates before joining your family.
Q: Are your puppies vaccinated, and health checked?
A: Yes! All puppies will have age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and a vet check before they go home. We provide health records, so you and your veterinarian know the puppy’s medical history.
Q: Do you offer health guarantees or contracts?
A: We stand behind the health and quality of our puppies. Each puppy comes with a health guarantee and written contract detailing what is covered and how we support you if concerns arise.
Q: What colors and sizes can I expect?
A: We have a range of beautiful colors and markings, including some rare ones listed on our Rare Colors page. Sizes vary by breed, with Maltipoos and Toy Poodles staying small and perfect for apartment or family living. Boys are usually 3-5 lbs. 4 ½ to 6 pounds for girls. Reds, creams, chocolates…. everything!
Choosing the Right Puppy
Q: Can I meet the parents or see photos?
A: Absolutely! We’re happy to share photos and information about the parents, including temperament and size, so you can get an idea of how your puppy may grow and behave.
Q: How do I reserve a puppy?
A: To reserve a puppy, we require a deposit. This holds your chosen pup until they are ready to go home — and shows your commitment to giving them a loving forever home. Take picture of puppy, facetime or photo with the name and the day’s date just to show this is not a scam!
Q: Do you help with tips on puppy care and training?
A: Yes! We love supporting our families even after adoption. We can share feeding schedules, grooming tips, house-training advice, and more to help your puppy thrive. You are welcome to call at any time!
Delivery & Pickup
Q: How do I pick up my puppy?
A: Puppies can be picked up in person. For out-of-area families, we can help discuss travel arrangements and what to expect when bringing your new family member home.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept commonly used payment methods — just contact us directly to confirm what works best for you and to discuss the deposit and final payment. This includes Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Zero Pay, CashApp, and Apple Pay.
